"When I came in everyone was pleasant and they were very busy yet were calm professional and helped everyone in a timely manner. Even with people in line behind me Colton the employee helping me never made me feel rushed and took extra time to explain the tire coverage option and what they would be doing to check my tires today. He even told me information about my tires and I never even knew! Colton and the rest of the staff was amazing and they got my tires checked, filled, and back on my car in a timely manner. They even have a tracker so you can watch the progress of your vehicle which is so cool!"

"These guys are the best. My check pressure light kept coming on just shortly after I filled up my front tire. I figured something was probably in it so I took it in. Sure enough there was a tiny nail in my tire. They plugged it and patched it, handed me my keys and told me to havr a great day. No charge? Wow! Thanks so much guys. I will be returning for new tires when it's time."

"I bought tires on their website and scheduled to have them installed 2 weeks later. When I showed up to the appointment, all seemed well for 20 minutes, although my car hadn’t moved. A half hour into the appointment, they informed me they could only find 3 of the tires. You know, the ones I paid for and had reserved for this day and time… They said I could come back in a week or get different tires now that were a little cheaper so I chose the cheaper tires. When it came time to refund me the difference, they said I need the card I used to buy them, which I didn’t have on me, so I was told to come back later for the refund. I asked them refund a different card instead and they did. 20 more minutes after choosing the cheaper tires, my car was still unmoved and work hadn’t started. A little over an hour into my appointment, the installation was finished. The only reasons I’m giving a second star are because this location used to be good and the employees were nice about these mishaps today. But what is the point of having a reservation if can’t reserve what I ordered and start working on it any time near the scheduled time? You failed on both the ‘what’ and ‘when’ of the reservation. I will not be returning to this location again despite coming here for the past 20 years. They never offered anything to rectify the situation. Edit: I just noticed the fill level of the tires and each of them are different (36, 33, 34, and 35). All should be 33 PSI. Clearly these people don’t know what they’re doing. Second star removed. This was less than a 1 star service. Take your vehicle somewhere else."

"Although this location is very busy, I have always had great service here. The representatives are very attentive and knowledgeable and provide professional advice and support. The estimates are accurate, and the fees are fair. You can track progress from your phone. Wait times can be tough and could affect your personal view of a five-star rating, but from my point of view it is worth it."

"Great tire shop with reasonable prices. They can get busy though, so if you have preventative maintenance, it's best to schedule ahead of time online. Unlike some other repair shops in the neighborhood, they will still take walk-ins even when they're busy. I got a nail in my tire on the way to Thanksgiving dinner and brought it in the next day. They were crazy busy, but still got to me. If you're waiting, there are restrooms, bottled water, and Wi-Fi in the lobby. They also do free air checks and will adjust as needed. Sometimes the lines can get long though."
