"Waited over 2 months do get in. Then bring it in for an estimate. Can’t do the repair at the time of the estimate. Have to wait another month to get it in to repair. Then they promise it will be done in a week. Nope. Two weeks later and still don’t have my truck. And the cherry on top was a pleasant lady named Angela who hung up on me. Then transferred it to another location because they are “overbooked”. Then basically lose it. Then finally when the other location fixes it they can’t be bothered to call me and let me know. Just a total cluster. How this place gets 4.8 stars is beyond me but I suspect these reviews are prompted. The only reason they do the volume they do is because of insurance companies who must get repairs done at steep discounts. If you a choice go find another shop. If you don’t, SORRY."
