"My car was towed here to have work done. It sat in their parking lot for 3 days, locked with a steering wheel lock. Came back to it broken into. Thousands of gear and tools stolen from inside. Steering wheel lock off. No cameras in the parking lot. Must have sketchy mechanics. Avoid this place."
"Ben was an excellent rep for our car body repairs. He was friendly and courteous, communicated every status update as our vehicle progressed through the repair, and made the overall experience super easy for me. The car looks better than before, and I was also very pleased to see the light detail job on the interior – an extra step that goes the extra mile toward full customer satisfaction. The front desk workers were very friendly and welcoming and helped get the office visit off to a great start. And I really like the text program and client web app that shows the repair status and estimated completion date. Thanks for everything!"
"These guys have no business being as good as they are. When you have to deal with insurance companies it always seems to leave a bit of a bad taste in your mouth. This is not one of those times. Marko was professional, courteous, and timely with updates. He made sure I was kept up to date with everything going on with what could be considered a relatively simple process made difficult by parts. I’m thoroughly impressed and happy with his communication and the work done on my vehicle. To add a bit of icing on the cake when I got into my freshly repaired vehicle I found they had also detailed it to a very high level and I was never even expecting that. Well done and quality work."
"We dropped off our vehicle at caliber collision. The front desk lady was very kind. She went over what is going to happen. how long it’s gonna take and if anything else that needs to happen they’ll contact us. She asked if we needed a ride to enterprise. We did not need the service, but appreciate the offer. Now we wait."
"Caliber on Robb Street had my car for 3 weeks. I worked with Taylor and Joe. They did not give me an estimate for a portion of the work I wanted done till the 21st day. They replaced my bumper and left a wire disconnected. They did work that I had to pay for out of pocket without an estimate. They never offered to pay for the extra time that I had my rental car. This was due to delays that they admitted were their fault. They said that the shop tried to sand my bumper which had a clear bra. I give them a 2 vs 1 because what they did fix looks nice. My family had used this location when it was Hank's Auto Body for years. We always had a positive experience with Hank's. Caliber is a different story. They seem underpaid and, thus understaffed. I do not recommend Caliber Collision. The first photo is the wire that goes to the brake light on my truck shell. It has not worked since Caliber replaced my bumper for $2100 out of pocket. The second photo is the work that was not complete. My left rear door always shows ajar and the window does not roll down. Caliber had my truck 21 days before I had an estimate for this work. Taylor acknowledged this at drop off, I told him about over the phone twice. Joe called about different "miscommunication" for my, out of pocket, incomplete $2100 bumper work, and he was aware of the door issue as well. Joe Lamont"
