"I went in for a simple inspection and oil change. I ended being there for 2 hours bc they broke the Mas sensor and the plug and only fixed half of the problem and they also incorrectly installed the oil filter on wrong since it was leaking oil and I had to crawl under the car and install it properly myself and top off the oil again. So when I called them about the issue the employee that answered the phone was really rude to me and using foul language with me and told me the owner would be contacting me regarding a way to resolve this issues and still haven’t heard from him. Very unprofessional. Worst customer experience I have ever had don’t recommend going here"

"Jackie and her team are great! They were friendly, and had me in and out of their shop in about 20 minutes for the oil change. Service done as promised, and Jackie took time to sit down and chat with me while i was waiting. I will be back for sure!"

"Military Veterans go elsewhere. Just went there to use a Veteran Day Jiffy Lube discount coupon. Well the owners of this location have decided that the Veteran's service was not worth the value of the coupon and they will not honor the National Jiffy Lube Coupon. That is their right. I've never had a coupon refused before after using their services for 15 years at various locations. I probably will not continue to receive any services from them in the future!!"
