"Very busy auto body shop. Which means it must be good. And oh it was good! These guys rock. They got the vehicle done as they stated it would be done. I did have to wait a while for parts but it all worked out in the end. Very attentive gentlemen good shop! Prices I’m unsure about because I don’t know the cost of parts and labor etc but it seemed reasonable for what I was getting done."

"Slow business; potentially lazy. I had no idea what was going on because their communication is poor. Took 4 weeks to do a job that they said would only take one. Also, they claimed they were dealing with the insurance company directly, when they weren’t. The bumper that they installed was almost done correctly, but not 100% aligned on both sides. Personally, due to lack of service, poor time management, and failure to communicate, I will not be returning to Applewood Auto-body in the future."
