"I have been using South Park as my go to mechanics since 2016 when I moved back to Denver. The business was sold in the last few years to new owners and I have been disappointed with the results since the change. I bought an older model truck for my daughter and had the front and back brakes completely rebuilt with ceramic premium pads. 14 months and 5000 miles later the pads were down to metal so I had them replaced under warranty. They tried to pressure my daughter to get additional work done and when she refused they made her call me and I got grumpy with them. One week later the new pads were down to the squealers. You will never convince me they didn’t retaliate and do something to those pads for them to wear like that. Beware this establishment!"

"I recently brought my RAV4 in for routine maintenance and had a great experience. They text me a digital vehicle inspection with photos and descriptions of what work I needed to get done as well as things that still looked great. Turns out the tread on one of my tires was wearing unevenly to the point that it was becoming unsafe. I had no idea! I am so grateful that they took the time to look everything over, especially with the snow coming. With new tires I was able to drive through the snow with no problem and felt comforted knowing that everything with my car was ok. The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me rides to and from home. Definitely impressed and will be back for future service!"
