"Like many people, I try to fix my own vehicles as much as possible. I had been chasing an overheating problem on my Jeep Wrangler and John and Heather were able to correctly diagnose a faulty aftermarket thermostat that was opening too late. Anyone who has worked on Chrysler products knows that genuine Mopar thermostats for a 3.6 pentastar are practically unobtainium right now and Heather had the foresight to order a handful of them months ago to keep in stock. If I’m remembering my bill correctly, they include a 3yr/36k mile warranty on their repairs, which is exceptional. However, I wish they’d allow customers in some cases to forego the warranty and bring in their own parts—not talking about bottom barrel rock auto, but OE/Spicer type stuff. To be perfectly honest, I had some sticker shock at the price of the parts, but I don’t use shops often so perhaps that’s just my inexperience with outsourcing repair work. But still, I am happy to leave a five star review because they correctly diagnosed my Jeep, were honest about a potential issue that it thankfully wasn’t, and I’m happy driving the vehicle again, which is the most important part to me."

I brought my vehicle to them after not having been to a shop for service in quite some time, and they not only inspected everything to give me a full report, but also gave me a full rundown of costs and priorities so I could plan for upcoming needs. They worked exceptionally hard to get my car back to me on time, even staying late and being available outside of their posted shop hours for me to pick it up between a busy work schedule. They were transparent and very communicative about my car, and I felt like a friend after having work done!
