My usual pre-purchase inspection guy wasn't available so I went here. I cannot stress enough how high quality their customer service is. They are all professional, from Devin who answers the phones to Rob who is the owner, trains, and performs services. Rob took the the time to explain EVERYTHING about the car's condition. He even had me under the car with him to point out issues or explain how he knows that something needs to be addressed. He answered all my questions, taught me about things I should know, and explained what immediate maintenance needed to be completed shortly after the purchase. He won't just flatly if the car is worth buying or not; he makes sure he understands your situation and what you're looking for before making a suggestion. I brought two cars to him before making a car purchase. The price listed alone is better than what any other company is going to give you, but he gave me a great deal ON TOP OF THAT! It is so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, let alone a good price to service your car. This shop is annoyingly far from where I live and work, but it's worth the trip and I will make it every time. This is my mechanic for life and I've told all my friends."
