"Got a new car from here. First oil change took 3 hours while I waited Second oil change they attempted to change $180 for some fuel additive. Also very rude when I asked them to speak slower and explain what they wanted to do. Even their automated message when you call makes it seem like they’re too busy to deal with you."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from the service center. I took my car in for service and was told it’d be done within two days (it took over a week) and had to call and text the service helper multiple times a day to get any updates on my car. It got to the point where I was getting hung up on when I would try to call to hear when my car would be ready. I would not recommend this to anyone."

"I took my newly purchased car to the service center after a check engine light came on and they said it was covered under the warranty. I took it in on July 4th. As of July 5th, I still do not have my car after they told me it would be done in a week. I’ve tried to call almost every week and half the time they do not even answer the phone. They kept telling me “we are waiting on the parts to come in” but when a family member of mine went in, he was told they hadn’t even diagnosed the problem after almost a whole month. I am frustrated and will not recommend this to anyone. They give no communication and vague answers to your problems. I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future."

"I have brought my 2022 Kia Telluride to this location twice now and have been blown away by the customer service both times. We just moved from New Mexico and did not have good experiences with two of the Kias in ABQ. As a female, it's difficult and intimidating to bring your car in to be serviced so I'm glad we found a Kia that I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to. They have a super fancy waiting room with beverages, snacks and massage chairs to utilize while you wait! I also want to just point out how amazing Toni and Curtis were. They were both so friendly, helpful and all around wonderful individuals. Can't recommend this Kia service location enough!! Side note... I tried to schedule getting my recalls repaired in Albuquerque several times but could never get them to order the parts.... This Kia location ordered the parts and fixed everything in such a timely manner!"

"I went in for my very first oil change a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and my wait wasn't too long. I had to go in early on a walk in basis because they have been extremely busy. My only complaint was I noticed some oil on my garage floor a few days after the service. I took it in very early on Monday and explained what happened. They took my car right in and I was done in less than 40 minutes. A new technician had done the work and there was some oil left on my oil pan, which was cleaned up and they also checked to make sure there weren't any other problems.I appreciated the way my issue was handled, also realizing things happen, as long as the problem is fixed, I was completely satisfied with the way everything turned out."
