"We had a fantastic stay at Christopher's charming and eclectically decorated house. Its prime location, less than a block from Manitou Springs' main shopping area, allows for easy walking excursions. The spacious house offers a convenient main-floor master bedroom and additional bedrooms upstairs. We loved the cozy fireplace, the vintage-styled CD player with a selection of music (including Frank Sinatra!), and the portable Bose Bluetooth speakers with great sound and bass. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Ample parking is a rare Manitou Springs luxury, and the quiet neighborhood adds to the appeal. The owners were responsive, even providing a portable heater to quickly address the master bedroom, which was cooler than the rest of the first floor. The house is older, so the floors creak a little in certain areas, but this adds to its charm and didn't bother us at all. Their attention to detail is evident throughout the thoughtfully appointed home."

"This beautiful historical house is in THE BEST location for enjoying Manitou Springs Colorado. 1/2 block to Red Dog Coffee, Ice Cream, Good Karma Coffee and Norbu's Himalayan Restaurant, just to name a few of my favorites! The back patio under the canopy of trees is a great place to BBQ and the large table and chairs make it comfortable to hang out. The feel is very private. SOOOO CLEAN! The beds are comfy with soft sheets and fluffy towels. robes for guests of all size was a nice touch. Coffee tea and a pantry of offerings! They are adding a hot tub soon, so...that makes this perfection!"

"We stayed with our family of 6 and were very comfortable in this large home. The four baths/showers were a luxury. The kitchen was easy to cook in with many spices and incidentals. The front porch and back patio made it a pleasure to sit outside. The three parking spaces off street were helpful as the home is so close to the shops and restaurants of Manitou. I recommend the Colorado Custard Company! We hiked two different open spaces and some braved the incline. We enjoyed black squirrels and several deer in “our” own back yard! Jake and Madeline were very helpful and we appreciate Chris providing such a sweet old home."
