"I recently rented a condo at Gold Camp Miners' Inn in Breckenridge and was very pleased. We arrived later than expected, but everything we needed to know to get into the condo was emailed to me and the instructions were very easy to follow. The condo itself was perfect; two good size bedrooms with more than enough sleeping options. The main area was nice and a good size and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Most of all, it was VERY clean. The location was close to downtown Breck and the shuttle for taking you to ski was literally right there. I recommend this condo; it was perfect for what we needed!"

"Based on the price and some past reviews I was a little scared about what we might walk into but the unit fit exactly what we needed. This was a week long trip with a friend from college. Only 2 people. The pull-out sofa bed was more comfortable than expected and the unit was both clean and equipped with everything we needed. Shower water was hot and everything in the unit worked (toaster, stove, dishwasher, TV). We didn't try the coffee maker. The negatives: the unit is pretty small. For 2 the two of us it was completely adequate, for 3 you would probably be fine but if you went up to 4 or the 6 person max overnight occupancy it would be quite tight. Possible improvements: better signage to the slopes/bus. We were kind of lost during our first morning but did make it to the snowflake lift. The walk there was actually closer than I expected so that was a pleasant surprise. Similarly, the walk to the bus stop is close but is on ski hill road. Both the town and slopes are walkable for anyone with average or even below average fitness. Overall, I would absolutely stay here for another stay with a very small group. It looks like other units in the building are undergoing construction but we did not notice extra noise or dust during our stay."

"Everything was great for the value. The location is very close to the free shuttle. Check in was easy and the management company very responsive to the little glitches which came up during our stay. I especially liked the close proximity to the Nordic Center. What a gem. I had overlooked the fact that there is no washer and dryer within the unit but located somewhere within the complex. The hot tub and sauna were well-maintained. The bathroom for the master bedroom is not ensuite. If I could give a 4.5 rating I would."

"A great week in Breckenridge! We were very happy with Summit Mountain Rentals. The house was exactly as described and very clean. The hot tub was clean as well and did the job after a long day on the slopes. We had a couple minor issues that were really no big deal and Summit Mountain Rentals responded very quickly and resolved very fast. Great location for a great snowboarding trip. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"Ideal place for my daughter and I for a spontaneous getaway! It was cozy and simply perfect! The two loveseats in the family room were great for watching movies. The porch off the back had a pretty view of the mountain. The two options for parking were awesome (one covered, one not), both very close to your front door. Kitchen was cute with cool island and bar stools. Outdoor hot tubs (we drove rather than walk due to icy roads) were popular and perfect under the starry night! Very close to town (Frisco) and a short drive to Breckenridge! Book it!"
