"Staff have been rude on 2 separate occasions my 2020 Q5 has had constant issues and recalls. The staff is either ignorant to the issues or pretends to forget that I have been in several times in recent months despite it being in their system. They are flat out refusing to replace broken parts covered under warranty because they want to see if a software update fixes an issue that has left me stranded 3 times now. I guess this is the Audi experience."
