"INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mechanic referred me to Chris at RMAutohaus to get my alignment done before driving to Alaska in a couple days. I dropped by the shop with no notice, and Chris came up and greeted us. I let him know the situation and that I didn’t expect to be taken care of that same day, but would just like to make an appointment for sometime before my road trip to AK.
