"Worst car wash I’ve gone too, except for one that doesn’t work at all. Vacuum takes you money have the time and it a dollar a minute. Don’t waste your time.."
"Found a spot to wash our camper!! And it has a dog wash! Didn’t use it, but love the idea"
"First I would like to ask the owner, if youve had this place for at least 8 years, why won't you respond to the numerous reviews and complaints of being blatantly over charged while using your car wash...? It seems like you outright ignore those, and rather harp about your warm water and soap, which every single car wash out here has... My review... Out of the 5 years I've lived in Silt, and the plethora of times I've tried to wash anything here, this is by far the worst car wash I've ever been to. Card readers almost never work, and if they do, the machines oftentimes won't turn off despite pressing the shutoff button, continuing to charge users for something they aren't using anymore. On three occasions this car wash has charged me $20 when I did not use it for that amount of time. There are SEVERAL reviews for this place where others have been overcharged. If this were to happen again to me, I won't bother with the bank. I'll take care of it myself, and its not going to be pleasant when I sue this place for fraud seeing as we still have prior records of being overcharged here. Today, I had to attempt to wash our machines in the outside truck wash since all the other card readers weren't working as usual. Ill mention only one wand closest to the broken card reader works in this stall. I got the truck wash to turn on despite the card reader screen being broken, then after 30 seconds of trying to wash our machines, it shut off and charged me $3. I tried several times to get the machine to turn back on, which it wouldnt. They are using reclaimed water and this is obvious because it stinks like reclaimed water, exactly like sewage. Also, the spot free rinse is ULTRA LOW PRESSURE. The spot free rinse at the other surrounding car washes are set at a far greater pressure than what it is set at here. Do yourself a favor, and drive straight passed this car wash to the other one in Silt, New Castle, or the one in Rifle. At this point despite the owners lame excuses and constant reassurance to users that his car wash is operating correctly, I know the owner owes alot of locals money that they've been wrongfully charged here when attempting to use this car wash. Outright stealing from paying customers with fraudulent charges? Yeah, FAFO..."
"I've been using Dusty Wagon for the last 15 years, and I can safely say it's the best carwash I've ever been to. The water is always hot and at a great pressure, the prices are extremely fair, and the spot free rinse is a true spot free, which is difficult to find anywhere else. I like that there are large bays to fit bigger vehicles and trailers, and the owners do a great job of keeping it clean and keeping all the moving parts working. I find whenever I go to another carwash, I always end up missing the Dusty Wagon and wishing I was there!"
"Review for the pet wash - This was so convenient to wash our very dirty dog. You'll want to bring your own towels, and it is a little spendy, but you're paying for convenience. Our dog did not like the flooring at all (metal) so we brought an extra towel to lie down so she could stand on that. Would absolutely utilize regularly if we weren't just passing through with a dirty dog. They had some honey-peanut butter treats for a dollar, and a couple shampoos, conditioner, and so on. Taking one star away since there's no way to alter the temp of the water so it was pretty hot, and we had to kinda filter it through our hands to make sure it didn't burn her."
