Papa Johns Pizza

"This has to be hands down one the worst Papa John’s I have ever been to. The old lady who works there is constantly screaming and yelling at other employees while customers are in the store. She is extremely rude and unfriendly. She only does things her way and does not care about the customer or her employees! Papa John’s needs to do an investigation on this woman because she makes this store unbearable to even be in for more than 5 minutes. I see why the turn around rate is so high here, you have an angry old grumpy woman yelling and talking down to her own coworkers consistently! Papa John’s needs to do something about this woman!! Even her own employees and coworkers have voice their opinion about how awful and rude she is!! Do not go to this store take your business to a different pizza place!!!"

"There are four dashers waiting for orders lady at store is refusing to help and cussing at all of us for trying to see if our orders are ready. She was ignoring us while blaring her rock music. Wasn’t of any help rude as hell. I have video of it"

"I ordered the Calzone stuffed crust pizza & chicken parmesan papa bites, which was very good, but I put cash as my payment option. I didn't know that THEIR official website would use Door Dash for some weird reason... When the dasher got here, he did not speak English (Spanish) and he supposedly had NO change!! Not even 2 or 3 dollars! Which I find completely ridiculous! My order was just over $32 and I only had two 20's. So, I had to fork over $40 for 1 pizza & a side! Because the greedy a$$hole "couldn't" fork over 2 or 3 dollars!! I mean really!???"

"the pizza tastes fine but my pick up experience so bad it was kinda funny. Waited 10 minutes before someone talked to me and when she did, she was screaming across the store for my name. I said my name back and she’s like I can’t hear you. Well duh you can’t hear my i’m not trying to scream across the whole store. She said “use your outside voice.” Girl we are indoors"

"absolutely never go here. asked to be called when driver got here as our condo is restricted access. the tracker said delivered and we did not receive a call. walked downstairs to meet the driver and waited 20 minutes to see if they were running late. nothing. called the store and was hung up on. called again and stated we never received a call and the manager said the driver was back at the store and he did in fact call. she stated we made our decision and hung up on us. i go to the store to pick up my pizza and speak to the manager who i spoke to on the phone. she immediately raised her voice and said she was NOT refunding us. i told her i did not want a refund i just wanted to know why we did not receive a phone call. she stated her driver called 2x and we did not answer. she proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs at us about how we were rude and that she was not going to get her driver to show us that he called. then she walked from behind the counter still yelling and told us to get out and that she would even hold the door for us. she opened the door and we left. during all of this ever single employee in the store stopped working and was staring at us getting yelled at. absolutely insane how this women spoke to us. i have never experienced something like this.. especially over a pizza and what seemed like just a miscommunication. after reading the reviews, i see it was NOT a miscommunication and just horrible management. please, never go here. they are clearly stealing money from consumers and serving old dough to customers, which was stated in several of these google reviews i have read on this store. very sad."
