Avflight Durango (KDRO)

"Plane pushed back at 6am on the dot. It's now 0733 and these AVflight bumbleclots are STILL DEICING us. Had to go back twice for more fluid and to change out a truck. Everyone on the plane is pissed. I we are all going to miss our connections. 3 lousy inches of snow."

"Worth the price of admission. Fuel is a bit pricey, but the service is top notch. They returned my rental car for me, and waived the ramp fee (4 nights) with a fuel purchase. Class Act."

"Becky was amazing. The day prior to coming into DRO we called all the local rental car agencies and had no luck. Upon landing there weren't any Ubers so we thought we'd use the crew car and grab breakfast with hopes of finding an Uber later. Becky called her connection at Hertz and was able to secure us a rental car, last minute, at a more than fair rate. Thank you for that - because we had a car we had the opportunity to explore Mesa Verde National Park instead of being stuck in the hotel on crew rest. The next day when we flew out Becky was there and we enjoyed conversation before our pax arrived. A+ service."
