"Hermosa uhaul was not very accommodating or organized. We rented a uhaul two weeks in Advance with a car transport to pick up in hermosa. They assured us this would be available for our pick up date. They called us the day before our pickup and told us they would not have any car transports on our pick up date ( which was the following morning ) and we had to drive to pagosa to pick it up. We later called to also rent a 5x 8 trailer and we were told they had actually had checked in a truck and transport trailer the prior evening. Which meant we wouldn’t have had to drive to pagosa for the pick."
