"Thanks to my experience at this one store, i am now a confirmed NAPA customer from now on. We are from out of town on an extended road trip. 7 miles from this store, the battery light went on and it began sounding like the car had marbles in the engine. I suspected it was the alternator bearings I was hearing. They did have a new alternator in stock. But the best part was Russ. He came out and confirmed my diagnosis, and after purchasing the new alternator he came out a couple times to check up on me. He brought out a large piece of cardboard to lay on. Then, when he closed up the shop, this guy walked over and spent an hour and a half helping me replace my alternator! I know I hit the store on a good day when a good guy had some time to help. That was luck. But it was beyond that. Russ was friendly, engaging, funny and sincerely wants to be there to help people. Thanks to Russ, I was back on my trip literally two hours after the battery light went on. I tended to shop at different auto parts stores for my needs. NAPA consistently has the parts I need in stock more than other stores, and the staff tends to be more knowledgeable. Thanks to this experience, I will tend to drive past the others to get to a NAPA store."
