They stand behind their work and always go the extra mile. So far, this shop has exceeded all my expectations. Auto-repair is expensive anywhere and they let you know right up front. What it will cost. And if anything comes up, they call you. They'll cut you a break if they can. And let you know if they see anything coming up. That's going to go wrong. "My wife and I moved to Montrose just over 2 years ago . I like to do my own car work . It takes me alot longer than experienced workers . I brought wife's 1998 Honda CR-V to America Auto to install a windshield wiper motor . I bought the motor on line they said it was the correct one . The gal that set my appointment the week before (she isn't there anymore)said it would cost around $141.00 The mechanic indicated it also needed the windshield wiper linkage. I ASKED the guy tending the counter , HOW MUCH MORE WOULD IT BE . AND HE SAID THE PRICE WOULD NOT CHANGE . I figure he is wrong,and I was willing to pay the just price . BUT When I went to pick up the car the MECHANIC FLIPPED me a bill for # 623.06 Before I could wrap my head around it my wife paid (credi card). I was livid!!! We were wronged.... I know what parts cost .. So we haven't found a garage we can trust for our vehicles maintenance."

"I just moved here to Montrose and my car was having some problems. I went to one other shop in town and quoted me over $4200 for a long list of things needed to resolve the problem. Their customer service was beyond exceptional, and were very thorough with my Honda to only find just $400 worth of work needed to be done. The staff also checked and topped off the fluids and made sure my brakes were good. Very efficient and professional experience.
