"Chad provided us with excellent service when purchasing our car, and he treated us with respect throughout the process. The trade-in check was processed swiftly, which was appreciated. We were so satisfied that we even brought in our son to buy a car. However, there's a significant downside to our experience. Initially, we were informed about a referral fee for sending customers their way, with promises of unlimited referrals. While this wasn't a factor in the referral, we decided to inquire about it when we brought in our 18-year-old son, who handled his own financing. We were assured that our referral qualified, and we were told to expect a check in the mail within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, that was late December and it's now mid-March, and we're yet to receive the promised check. Despite numerous inquiries, we're still waiting. Today, I decided to reach out to Chad to express our ongoing frustrations, emphasizing that my dissatisfaction pertains to the dealership rather than him personally and that I would be leaving a review. Chad responded promptly and assured me that he would address the matter with the owner immediately to ensure it gets resolved. Overall, while the service from Chad was commendable, the delay and lack of follow-through on the referral fee promise have left a sour taste in our mouths."

"Went to Red Rock looking for a used car they advertised. Was at the wrong location for that car. James was calling the other location to see if we could get that car to us and showed me a different car while waiting. A Kia. Wasn't looking for that. Nice car and liked when I drove it. Drove the Kia to look at the other car and didn't like it as well. The Kia was comfortable and nicer. Both were about the same price. No pressure from sales but I decided to go with the Kia. Everyone at the dealership was nice and let me take it slow and understand everything in my own time. I like my car and would recommend Red Rock if you're looking. I am a little older and not used to all the new electronics on cars. They took the time for me."

"The vehicle is great the service is great all I can say don't follow in my mistake and make sure you read every bit of all the paperwork so you don't end up frustrated for something that really isn't anyone's fault but your own. 10 out of 10 recommend going through Chad and I will say Rob and Hank are both very nice people and they will do their best to take care of you and get you going where you need to be."

"I had a very positive buying experience at Red Rock Kia. I called the dealership to let them know I was coming in to test drive a Telluride. I called because I was going to get there about an hour before closing time. I spoke with Phil and he was waiting for me with keys in hand. I looked at all 3 Tellurides on their lot, but only test drove one. During the test drive Phil began explaining all the options the vehicle had (way too many to count). Phil was very personable, professional and answered all my questions about the vehicle, the dealership, and service department. I never felt pressured or like Phil was trying to rush me because of my late arrival. I decided to purchase the vehicle and that process was seamless too. I met several employees that night, Hank, Phil and Marcus. They were all great to work with. I came back the following morning to pick up my vehicle (my choice) and they had cleaned it and did a walk through with me again. Phil took the time and set up many of the options I would need right away which I appreciated very much. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle or with the way I was treated by the Red Rock Kia staff."
