"Picking up and returning my rental SUV from National at the Grand Junction, CO was quick, easy, and despite arriving around 10:30pm, the National agent escorted me to the vehicle and showed me how to assess any pre-existing damage using the guide he provided that had a circular O cut out (and any mark smaller than the circle wasn’t worth noting). I was really appreciative since it was dark when I arrived and I doubt I would’ve noticed the one mark on the roof. I simply dropped off the key in the drop box and informed the National agent the number of the parking space where I left it. I promptly received a confirmation email with the receipt upon turning the SUV in."

"I have used National at Grand junction airport. No body manned the kiosk and the sign directs to Enterprise all the time. The enterprise team is the best, always available ,pleasant, courteous and will assist you. When I try to call National it will go to call center and they can't help much. Ask them to connect to Enterprise at Airport kiosk and you will get very good service. But the National car reward program is not not worth anything. You are better off with other car reward programs. bulusu"
