"The parts guy needs to be fired or trained for years. I called and told him directly what parts I needed. He ordered all but one saying, "Let's see it first. He didn't check availability before he spoke like a D.A. it's 8 weeks to get and to add insult. After I had service and told him how dumb he was for not ordering. He assured me it's order weeks ago. And guess what? He never did and then tried to say that I told him I didn't want it. Time for retirement! Not to mention, he ordered the wrong thermostat for the air-conditioning. Isn't he paid to research the correct part to not waste customers' time?"

"First off Adam Korte was great to work with. We had a long wait with all the supply chain issues, about a 1 1/2 years. We'll worth it. I know it wasn't Trans West fault, and they kept us up to date well. They worked together and even took our van over to an outside vendor and got our windows tinted. Treated with respect the whole time. Had some issues when we picked our van up, but we are working that through. We highly recommend these guys in Grand Junction. Thanks again guys"

"what a wonderful experience. my RV got damaged while in mexico, and heather was wonderful to work with from start to finish. it took 2 months to get a collision/paint appointment, but the timing worked for me. gave her a credit card to start ordering parts, so that when i arrived to drop off vehicle, everything was ready-to-go. she also helped me with my insurance claim. transwest got my RV back to me EARLY and UNDER budget! so happy. thank you ☺️"
