"The girl behind the counter would not stop loudly complaining about having to make food for people. Her hair was not only not tied back, but it was greasy, hanging over the food, and she kept touching it with her hands before continuing to touch ingredients... I’ve been a server, cook, and worn nearly every hospitality hat, and I was embarrassed for her complete lack of maturity and professionalism. I understand having a rough day, but she made it hard to sympathize."

"We ordered the $9 NY large pepperoni, and when we got there, we didn't realize it was a "take n bake" situation. The staff went above and above for us and made our pizza in their tiny oven so that we could enjoy it in our hotel room. 10/10 recommend this place"
