Our office space is shared with two other mental health practitioners, creating a safe and comforting setting for all clients.

Bridget, the founder of Counseling Interventions, has nine years of experience as a social worker in Iowa City and has been providing private practice counseling for three years. She is trained to help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. Bridget focuses on a client-centered 'Strength-based Practice', incorporating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy into her practice.

At Counseling Interventions, we offer counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on preventing chronic mental health issues by developing healthy coping strategies and life skills.
