"I spent several hours at the brewery during Ragbrai. Friendly staff, tons of taps. Interestingly none of the staff knew the WiFi password. Carroll brewing had four of the taps in use, regretfully I was pulled toward other offerings. A neat place overall"

"Love the brewery opened again. Local beers and guest beers for a wide palate options. They also have mixed drinks and pizza. They bring in entertainment and friendly servers."

"Great addition to the Carroll area, and an anticipated attraction as well. The Carroll Brewing Company offered 5 varieties of their own including a black ale, pale ale, india pale ale, cream ale, and a golden ale. These were all great quality beers that represent their style well. The brewery also offers an extensive selection of local Iowa brews on tap. A great start to a much needed business in Carroll and I have hopes of seeing the beers grow beyond traditional styles to a truly "wow" brew."

"I love that they took an old building and made it useful again. That being said enjoyed a variety of beer. My favorite was the Carroll golden ale. We also enjoyed the guest brews! You may bring in food. Such a great addition to the town! Beers start at 4.50 for a pint."
