"Waited and waited and never did get any dessert pizza was empty buffet forever. All the spoon containers were out of spoons we had to eat ice cream forks. I think the place is understaffed or the help just don’t wanna work. One young girl running her butt off!"
"We had a party of 9 and arrived at 6PM on a Saturday night. We were there till 7:30 and I don't think all of us ever got chicken. The hot food was very slow to be refilled and the dessert wasn't much better. For the cost of this buffet you would expect it to be better."
"If you like chicken thighs and wings tonight would have been a night for you to go to Carroll Pizza Ranch! After being there for over 45 minutes they finally brought out some chicken! Thighs and wings with 3 chicken breast. I took one. I cut into it and it wasn’t done. I showed the table next to me (who had been waiting too) They said it wasn’t done either! They got up and left. Called the manager over. manager said it was done. She argued with me about how long we had been waiting (I had my receipt and took a picture of the piece of chicken. (Which clearly tells you how long we had been waiting). I am not saying it was raw by all means, but it was not done!! I gave four stars for the staff that had to put up with all the complaints. I told my grandchildren do not ever ask to go back to CARROLL’s Pizza Ranch! Teresa R"
"Wasn't busy at all, the staff didn't seem to care a lot of the tables were full of dirty plates. Food was "warm" from sitting in the window so long but was still edible."
