"0 stars ATTEMTPTED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR MY DAUGHTER, GAVE ALL THE INFORMATION, TWO DAYS LATER RECEIVE A CALL TELLING ME THEY NEED A $500 PREPAYMENT FOR HER TO BE PUT ON A WAITLIST. I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE, THEY ARE UNAWARE OF SUCH A THING, I WAS TOLD BECAUSE MY DEDUCTIBLE HAS NOT BEEN MET YET, IT WAS SECOND WEEK IN FEBRUARY. I THEN WAS NOTFIED SHE HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE WAITLIST WHICH WAS 5-6WEEKS DUE TO NOT PAYING UP FRONT. I CALL TODAY AND ASK WHERE IS THE POLICY THAT REQUIRES $500 "PREPAYMENT" AND WHAT THAT GOES TOWARDS, I WAS TOLD I WILL GET THAT AFTER I PAY, I SAID NO, SO THERES NOTHING NO WHERE EVEN THOUGH ITS POLICY THAT SAYS THIS IS A THING BECAUSE YOU TELLING ME DOES NOT HOLD UP IN COURT, SHE SAYS YOU CAN FEEL FREE TO GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC IF YOU CANT PAY, I SAID ITS NOT ABOUT PAYING ITS ABOUT THIS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC PROVDING THE INFORMATION REQUESTED FURTHERMORE NO ONE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS, THE COST THE NOTHING. SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME " THEY ARE WELL KNOWN' WE ARE A PRIVATE PRACTICE AND I CAN GO ELSEWHERE." I GO TO THE WEBSITE TO SEARCH FOR THAT EXACT POLICY THERE IS NOTHING SHOWING $500 DUE UPON CALLING. THIS IS BEYONF UNACCEPTABLE, THIS IS A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FACILITY AND TO SCAM SOMEONE COMING TO THEM FOR HELP WITH MENTAL ASSISTANCE IS INSANE......SINCE WHEN DID ASKING FOR SOMETHING IN WRITING PERTAINING TO A POLICY BECOME JUST GO ELSEWHERE... BY THE WAY I HAVE THE CONVERSATION RECORDED AND THE ONLINE FEE/INSURANCE SHOWS NOTHING FOR $500 AND NO SUCH PREPAYMENT IS EVEN LISTED AND DEF NOT AS PREPAYMENT BEFORE EVEN GETTING SCHEDULED.... THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED"

"Would give 0 stars if I could. My son was referred for mental health services by our family physician. Capstone required me to pay them the remainder of my deductible before services could be scheduled. I paid $300 and over a month later I have never received a call to scheduled services. Left messages with them multiple times to discuss but would never return calls. Had to file a complaint with my bank and insurance company to get my money refunded. Don't waste your time with this scam of a provider."
