"Came here a couple nights ago when I was shopping and the lady at the counter was just unnecessarily rude, apparently it was almost close which the hours said otherwise and when I was leaving still seemed open but she still complained very loudly while there was 3 others. And when I got my drink the amount of pumpkin spice that was in it was ridiculous, I just threw it away cause it burned my throat to even drink it. I get we all have bad days but that’s just ridiculous, no reason why you should intentionally ruin a drink because someone came in apparently like 15 minutes before close."
