"The management is very inept and needs to be replaced with more capable individuals. Take your children someplace else."
"My child has been excluded so many times. Some that could've been avoided with more tlc. He's gotten lice over 12 times since he started there about a year ago. EVERYTIME I'd asked if they checked everyone the answer was always a more complicated version of no. Confidentiality I understand is an issue but so if the cleanliness and safety of the children. We took him to the doctor to be checked several rimes as no one in our fmaily got it or has ever had it and they said nope he doesn't have any I'd take him to school and on a few occassions less than 20 minutes of being there I'd get a call saying he has lice and needs to be picked up. As said before they hadn't checked everyone in the class room and I even took him to the doctor after a lice treatment to be checked and they said he was clear. It took them nearly a year to full follow protocol. They eventually did and at that point everyone was properly cleared and there were no more problems. Which was nice. Yesterday my son supposedly puked twice so I had to pick him up apon arrival he jumped up and stated shouting with glee mommy mommy. Very clearly not sick. I asked if they had checked his temperature they said it didn't matter because he had puked twice he had to be excluded keep in mind kids put objects in their mouth that they're not supposed to you can look away for half a second and they do it. Not anyone's fault. I wouldn't be surprised if he tried chewing on a pencil or shoveled too much food into is moutg and it touched his uvula. upon taking him home he had no temperature no cough never puked and was more energetic than ever just not sick or in danger to any of the other kids( in my personal opinion so take that part with a grain of salt) i only say supposedly because he never puked with us at home and he was only at daycare for 2-3 hours so we had him for the majority of the day. I love this program he's been in it since 4 weeks. He was originally at skinner but being in such a bad neighbourhood and also 35 minutes away from our house we moved him. But apon moving him we've had so many issues that we never had at skinner. I love how friendly most of the staff is. I love the location. I love the program. It's education based and that's absolutly amazing. I love the inside it's beautiful each classroom is constructed to each level of age it's pretty amazing. But I personally feel they have a long way to go until perfect. I see it in their future, I saw it with skinner. But they need to know when to be strict about what. I understand them seeing this might make them hate me or be biased against me but I have a hard time feeling they wouldn't also be slightly upset if it were their situation. As we go along in the program and things improve such as addressing parents parking in handicap who aren't, and leaving their children in cars, etc I'll add it and possibly change the ratting. 3 stars is classified as its okay. Which I dont consider this bad nor great but simply good. They are a good program"
