"Only year after basement wall replaced amd steel beams . Already cracked. Egress window caved in . I call to talk to them and the explain its my fault i didnt back fill dirt. Like 30000 dollars and you can dig it break a water line and then have your wall cracking. And egress cave in but they sure will charge another couple grand to fix. Says warrantee but its a hoax . I would not recomend this company at all. I could of got a hole new basement for this price."

"B.A.M. did an amazing job on tearing out my existing window well and installing a larger/updated one. The crew called me ahead of time and we're fast and efficient. They not only replaced the well but they also graded the surrounding area with rock & dirt to allow for proper drainage away from the foundation. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome."

"I had a waterfall in my basement foundation about 4 feet from the ground and also had standing water in my basement. They put in a new sump pump with a free back up battery pump, they put a tile system around the perimeter of the basement and fixed the unwanted waterfall feature. I got a quote from BAM which was a reasonable price. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and it was completely done in three days including clean up. 9 years later I haven't had any water issues and have been able to enjoy my basement."

"BAM installed a basement egress window for me today, and the experience was great! Less than 6 hours start to finish, and that even included laying in some new cinderblocks. The crew was polite, easy going, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. Jeff, the field supervisor, was extremely helpful and professional. It could only have been better if it was free. It wasn't, of course, but the price was very fair relative to the work they accomplished in such a short period. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects!"
