"Upper management is all too happy to let people go, for not being a good fit any longer to the company. Management plays favorites with other employees while having double standards for others. Employees are two faced, and will act like a friend, but will stab you in the back first chance they get. Management promises to do things and take care of you, but in the end just lets you down and your team. Lack of trust, lack of communication between team and management, dirty job, and you're only useful if you shut up and bend to the will of you the management. There is no respect for you or your job, fall in line and that's it. High turn over rate so always new people coming and going."

"100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely disappointed in the lack of service I received. I called on Wednesday to make an appointment to have a floor drain cleared and chose Friday from 12-4PM from their available appointments. I took the day off of work so I could be available. I didn't want to be one of those annoying people that calls within their arrival time for a status update, so I waited until 4:15PM to call to get an ETA. The tech called me back at 4:40PM and said that neither he nor his boss had my trip on his books so if I wanted him to come out now it was going to be the after hours rate, otherwise I'd have to wait until Monday AM to callback and try to set another appointment. I asked why their error would now be my expense and who I could talk to about a resolution because it was not even 5PM yet, I couldn't wait until Monday, and I didn't want to pay extra for their mistake. He said he'd have his boss call me. Well, it's now Tuesday afternoon and I have yet to receive a call...All businesses make mistakes, but they couldn't even have the courtesy to call and discuss, apologize, or reschedule."

No type of warranty if they dont fix the issue and have to come back the next day they charge you more. If you need a good drain cleaning company try Smith's sewer service or bee line drain cleaning."
