"LOVE Dr.Makkapati but dislike the desk ladies in the clinic. They act very confused when you ask them where out patient surgery is and when your appointment is . They gave my mom the wrong address over the phone as to where out patient surgery is, all she had to say was Mercy Hospital. They tell you wrong dates and wrong times, and don't inform you if they canceled an appointment on you . We live 2 hours away, so it's hard on us when they do these types of things. Please hire smarter/professional desk ladies that aren't rude over the phone and actually know the business and what're they're talking about ."
