"Staff and dentist are good. The way the office operates is a problem. There are constant text messages. I even got them on Christmas to remind me of upcoming appointments. I have two children who have visited and you receive texts for the children separately to confirm but when you reply C to confirm, it only notes it for the most recent text (only one child). You then continue to get texts for the other child. I also received a text message about an unpaid bill and that I needed to call "to deter further action". I was confused because I had not received a bill. I called, taking myself away from my workday, only to find out it's a bill that was supposedly mailed less than two weeks ago. It isn't even past due, yet All Smiles is threatening "further action". Even if I had received the bill, there is no way payment could have been sent back that fast from my health savings account. I informed the representative this is poor customer service to be texting me for something that isn't even owed yet on their records. She informed me it's a courtesy text. "Further action" isn't a courtesy text. That's an attempt to collect a debt that is not owed."
