"Too expensive and the 'barista' was no help"

"We have always had great service at this location nothing beats grabbing a coffee and doing some shopping at Target :-) The other day I was in need of my caffeine fix bad so I ordered the largest size cold brew coffee I could get But I grabbed it on my way out... Got to the car set my drink on my dashboard and when I shut the car door my entire drink fell on My lap and on the floor of my car :-( I went back in to get another coffee and the barista working, Nya, (so sorry I should have asked how to spell your name) was so sweet after I told her why I was back in so quickly, covered in coffee, she replaced my coffee for me free of charge. Starbucks coffee is a guilty pleasure of mine and one of the things I do to treat myself every so often. We know the coffee isn't cheap but dang is it worth it. Her act of kindness really went a long way for me that day. And she was nothing but sweet, quick and efficient when I was ordering the first time. The only thing that I do not like about Starbucks being inside of another business, is that they cannot accept tips, at least at Target...that needs to change. I love to tip for great service and we all know they aren't making neat what they deserve."

"These people hustle. They seem to be poorly staffed because whenever I come here it seems like only one person is working at a time but whoever helps me always does a great job and moves fast."

"i worked at this particular Starbucks for 2 weeks and ended up quitting due to how bad their staffing and management is. this particular location also has a fruit fly problem, there are swarms of them all around the java chip, dragon fruit and vanilla bean containers. if you like your refreshers i don’t suggest getting them from this location unless you’d like a fruity suprise in your drink."
