"Since pictures are worth a thousand words, these are the pictures of my boots before and after Park Ridge Shoe Repair rebuilt them, for the 3rd time. These are Crispi hiking boots, and they're about $350 a pair. I love my boots, but I'm extremely hard on them. Since they last rebuilt them I put over a thousand miles on them. I wear them training dogs, and not only walk on rough surfaces, and climb a ton of muddy hills, I also walk in water up to my ankles, and snow past my knees. As you can see, it's been extremely hard on my boots. But once they were finished with them, they looked brand new again. They even replaced the laces for me with Kevlar laces which are fantastic for what I do."
