"They're nice to the people they know and people who know everything there is to know about cars. If you don't fit one of those categories, then don't go there. They don't seem to care for people working on tractors either. It's one of those places where it seems like customers are a bother if you know what I mean. I only go there on Sundays when I absolutely have to because Napa is closed."

"Most of the time O'Reillys is a great store. The people that work there are helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience except one time. I got new windshield wipers a year ago and someone told me if they arent real busy if u ask them one of the guys that work there would put them on for me. Well it was dark out when they put them on and i only remember there being a loud bang then a couple minutes later he was done. Then the next day i noticed my windshield was cracked. Not real happy about it but, theres nothing i can do. Accidents happen. Other then that i think they are awesome. The store is easy to see from the road and they have everything you need for car maintenance or repair. If u call to order a part they almost always have it. Reasonably priced and they can usually tell ya how to put it on. I recommend them."
