Our initial communication with Lisa was great, the cost of printing was great, she was quick to get back to us and picked up our shirts and got our order printed quickly. When our order was delivered to us there was an issue with one of our designs that did not match the color sample we had provided. When we brought the issue to their attention we received very disappointing customer service. They dismissed our issues and were unwilling to do anything to make it right with us or take any responsibility. The quality of the printing was good, we would have given a much higher rating if we had received better customer service. We would have loved to continue using this company but we need a printer that handles issues better than we experienced."
