"Worst service I have ever had with insurance company. They kept taking money from my bank account and even though I have contacted them a couple times stating that I sold the car, they kept saying I have to continue paying the bills and they will refund me later when they take off the car out of my policy. I sold the car in the beginning of December and now it’s mid March with no action from them. Every time I contact the office they say they can not get anything faster! One worker tell me that they got all the information needed on the system and another worker would say you never called or there is nothing on the system. I would never recommend this office to anyone."
