"Invested with metlife for my wife 12 years ago. They began by double bank drafted my wife's account twice and caused an issue with her disability insurance and she lost the policy. 12 years later we closed the account and lost about 90% of our investment. While the stock market went up out account went down. Then charged fees to close the loosing account. I would not waist your hard earned money on this company at all. Not Reccomended at all."
"Horrible experiences! with Metlife for my 401k contribution, and rollover in the past 3 years. Will suggest my former employer to stop using them. They sometimes didn't deposit your contribution timely, until you found out, and reminded them! And I did rollover distribution two times with them. One spent 3 months. And the other took more than 2 months to actually get the money rolled. They don't feel sorry and don't care. Compared to those big agents like Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Metlife (Brighthouse) is very slow motion, and low efficient. All these delays can mean couple of months Interest Loss. And who earned the interest for the delay? And your time got wasted on the calls. Their fee might be lower, but does it worth? if your (or your employees') time and fund is valuable?"
"Seems to be a good place to work.."
