"I had a great experience at the Jordan Creek Sephora store yesterday! I was greeted by Sierra and she assisted me in selecting the correct makeup products that would work best for me. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant and never made me feel rushed. She is a true asset to the Sephora team! The store was very busy and as I made my way to the checkout I had two different associates ask if they could help with anything. I will definitely be back to shop this store!"

"If I could have given this Sephora in Jordan Creek mall a zero I would. I never write reviews, but this time I couldn’t let it go. I walked into the store and I and my wife was looking for something specific and was hoping an associate would help us, after waiting awhile I noticed a employee walking around and making eye contact with us a couple times. I waited for her to finish walking around and tried to get her attention when she turned around and completely avoided me. I walked up to her and asked her if she could help my wife find the product she’s looking for since it’s hard to catch one of you to help us. I pointed to my wife where she was located and walked away and hoped to meet her there, but instead she came back up to me and said “don’t you dare talk to me like that again” I was shocked in how she talked to me and disrespected me in front of my wife and new born. I told her we don’t want your help and walked out the store. Now I’m a super easy going guy if I said or did anything wrong I would apologize instantly, But in this case I didn’t do anything wrong and to disrespect me in front of my kid and wife is unacceptable to me. I understand people have off day. I’ve been in retail my whole life and been a manager for over 15 years. This short black hair girl which I didn’t get her name since she didn’t introduce herself. I could tell she was some kind of manager and all I can say is I see why this store is having trouble finding good management since that girl is not meant for retail. Good customer service is key to any successful business and I know the regional manager and the district manager of that store would agree since I’ve been in those roles myself. I would highly recommend retraining some of your staff into understanding what drives a business. You lost three customer."

"I was at the Jordan Creek store today looking at products with my daughter-in-law. One of your employees was helping someone else and told us to move away from the products we were looking at to buy. I thought it would be for a second, but no, after about 2 minutes I told her she was very rude and we left the store. How very UNPROFESSIONAL! Hope your more important customer bought lots, because there 2 customers will not be back. What a horrible experience."
