"Extremely frustrated with the customer service I received. I have an order ready for pick up and called the store to ask a question about my order. Called 3 times in a row and was picked up and hung up on all 3 times. No “hello” from their side. On the 4th time I started talking right away and the associate was rude and unaccommodating. Asked to be transferred to the manager. Manager still could t help with my question. FYI-pickup orders cannot be picked up after 6 days and are then automatically canceled even if you call ahead to ask because your flight schedule changed and you can’t get back into town before closing. Apparently, you can call and have someone else pick it up and then can leave a note for that (even tho the emails from B&BW) say you have to show a drivers license. So much for customer service. I’ll order online for delivery and skip my local store next time…"

"Very nice supply of candles and body scents. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, and well stocked. There was a sale for the 3-wick candles today which I couldn't pass up. The candle holders are also superb. I love going there, it's quiet, very peaceful and serene. And the candles are just also..."

"The store is beautifully laid out. It is clean, orderly, and easy to shop. It was fairly crowded, but there was social distancing. The prices are on the high side when there's no sale, but there are sales on a regular basis. I opted to buy without a sale, I couldn't wait. I needed a gift and Bath & Body work candles are the best... The smells are delightful. The service was top-notch. I was looking for a price on something and the assistant helped me right away. I highly recommend this place."

"We really like this place. The smell alone makes it worth visiting. The candles are incredible. My wife has about every scent they have there. And colorful. This store is like a kaleidoscope of color and olfactory stimulation. I highly recommend stopping in to visit. You will not be disappointed. Just bring lots of cash! It is on the pricey side."
