"Was asked if I wanted a deep tissue massage, which sounded good, so I said sure. What I should have said was, "Is that extra?" Because it is $10 extra. Didn't become aware of that until it showed up on my credit card. It would have been nice to have been told at the time that it was extra, but then that would have given me the opportunity to say, "no thanks." Was contacted by the manager who said she wanted to make my experience "right".I told her she could return my $10, but have not heard from her. I can only assume that they want the $10 more than a customer."
