"I worked second shift. 6 pm to 6 am and after about 3 months i had had enough. the machine i worked on was incredibly unreliable, when i DID actually see my manager he barely helped me. i taught myself how to use the machine better than the 2 day shift people and when they had an issue that i figured out they would gawk and dismiss my solution. i have never worked for a place that seemed to care so little about the employees that worked there. maybe if i didnt work on second shift it wouldve been better but i didnt stay to find out. plus i got hired at like 14 an hour, insulting, but i needed the job at the time. there would be sometimes 4 to 5 days of work where i didnt even see my department manager, he apparently had a second job and just couldnt be counted on. i left without notice after 4 months. dont bother, they hire more from temp agencies than off the street so you will probably be replaced by someone they can just pay less."

"This place is sink or swim. Favoritetisom is a problem and they send new hires to temp agencies. Dont waist your time."
