"Amanda and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They outfitted almost our entire wedding party-bride and groom, bridesmaids and groomsmen, junior bridesmaids and junior groomsmen, ushers, and both dads! The store and dresses were absolutely beautiful, and the customer service matched the quality of the dresses! They communicated with us as they got a new line of bridesmaid dresses in store, set up personal virtual tux fittings for non-local wedding party members during stay-at-home orders, and always made us feel valued. Having the alterations done in store was also super convenient! "Extremely disappointed! But I could tell the other 2 customers weren’t! So a total of 3 customers to 1 clerk. I never got a hello, let me know if I can help you with anything. Let me know if you need my assistance with trying on anything. NOTTA! Yes girls are starting to shop for prom dresses BUT EVERY CUSTOMER should feel acknowledged at least! Only credit I can give is that the pack & play was moved so I would have room to try my items on in the 1st dressing room. Beautiful dresses, lovely shop. Obviously others are happy, but don’t forget the little things that help others as well if you are busy."
