He made sure the parts were actually correct and complete before I drove out and even helped me carry them out to my car. If you're in the area I'd recommend stopping by."

"I went into the store last week and two employees by the name Kevin and Ashley completely ignored me. The girl was on her phone having a very loud conversation on her phone. When I went up to the guy for assistance he looked at me then walked away. I will not be going back to this location if this is how the staff treat customers."
"Initially went in today for a car battery check and possible replacement. Spoke to JR and was ignored then he went off to help another customer replace their car battery. So I asked Heather and she did a great job in assisting me with warranty information, and battery replacement."
"I ordered an alternator two weeks ago and it did not come in the next day as I was told. As a matter of fact they took 3 days to tell me something happened in the system and couldn’t find my transaction. I have only been able to talk to the manager once! And she’s is never available! Two weeks that I asked for my money back and they keep saying they are waiting on IT. How long does IT take to check their system for me to get my money back? I am tired of not hearing back and keep being told to wait! Very very upset at this situation and time they are taking. I even asked for them to check the cameras to verify I was there and paid for the alternator and still nothing. How much longer?"
