"We were very happy with the work once it was complete. Hector checked the work and had the contractors return to fix anything they missed the first time. The price came in at the quote, which was great. We were very happy with the service we received while the work was being done. However, for the two months prior, we were told “it’ll be next week” or “supplies will be delivered tomorrow” or “they’ll start this weekend”. Many times we never received return calls and it was extremely frustrating. If we would’ve been told at the beginning that the work would be two months out, we would’ve been able to plan better and have the pre-work done right ahead of Masterpro arriving. However, this was not the case and we could not plan because we had no idea when they were actually going to show up. This part was very frustrating and I’m very glad that it ended with a great result in the end."
