Furnace went out Monday night and withing 5 minutes of me calling Brent had me set up for an appointment early the next day. He knew exactly what the issue was with my 25 year old furnace. Told me what replacement parts for it would cost and what a new furnace would cost. Didn't push a bunch of unnecessary additional items. "Brent replaced my air conditioner 4 years ago and he was very professional and offered a very competitive price. He is a honest guy and will not try and up sell you anything. Last week my furnace went out Friday afternoon and he was there an hour later to take a look. I was lucky it was in the 60's in November and he wasn't back logged like he probably would be in January, nonetheless he is very responsive which was greatly appreciated. He shot me straight on my options and he replaced my furnace the following Wednesday. I do not leave google reviews, but I owe it to Brent to do so as he has gone above and beyond.
