"GREAT!!! Took my phone to another location for a new screen. By the time I got home, a matter of minutes, the phone was rapidly discharging. I couldn't recharge it because the thermal sensor was not working. I took the phone back to the shop and the owner told me that I needed a new phone...cost, $189.00, plus tax. I got a new phone but the power was too low on the old one for a data transfer. I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair, located on 5th Street in West Des Moines (Valley Junction) and they were able to fix the phone and complete the data transfer. I'm back in business. Couldn't thank them enough."

"Made online reservation at 8:30pm on a Friday night for a 9am Saturday morning appointment. They were able to get my 3 phones in and screens replaced on all 3 in an hour and a half. CPR was also half the price of other places we priced. Can’t beat their service or their price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Engaging and knowledgeable employees. They’re their to fix your phone for a very reasonable and honest price. Place is very tidy and clean. My last trip there was for my charger port was loose and the lightning cable would fall out and not stick in place. Took the iPhone in and he just cleaned the port with a unique tool and didn’t even charge me for fixing the problem. They don’t have appointments, it’s a first come first serve."
