Jake and Logan came out to tune up my AC unit and they did a fantastic job! Great guys to talk to, very friendly, and they made sure to answer any questions I had during the whole process. They left with my unit running great and looking great as well! Very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to others."

I called last night after 6pm when MidAmerican confirmed we had a gas leak, they were able to get me schedule for a next day appointment with a 2 window of time that they would arrive, which is helpful compared to the dreaded 8 hour window some companies give. Today I got a call that they were running ahead and if they could come earlier which worked out good for us, they also sent a link with the name of the person coming, a picture and tracking so I could see how long until Matthew arrived. That personal touch was great, I am always hesitant to open my door to strangers so knowing this ahead of time was a nice personal touch. Matthew was amazing, he very quickly got to work and explained everything that needed to be done to make the repairs. We talked about the membership which I signed up for because it’s a great deal and service. He had everything up and running in no time and even repaired something he found after he was finishing up. I enjoyed getting an email copy of the invoice and pictures for my records. Overall 10/10 experience and I look forward to using their services in the future!"

He conducted himself professionally, performing the necessary maintenance checks with efficiency.The technician was competent, answering my questions regarding the system's condition and offering basic advice on maintaining its efficiency. While there was nothing exceptionally outstanding about the service, there was also nothing significantly negative to report. In terms of pricing, it was within the range of what I anticipated for the service provided. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, which was reassuring. "My furnace went out during the coldest week we’ve had in years (highs in the -10 to -17° range). I called at 4:00AM after trying three other heating/cooling companies who were available 24/7. True Comfort was the only place that answered their phone. I was disappointed to find out they couldn’t come out till 2:00 that day, but if they had a cancellation they’d get there sooner. At 9:45 I got a call saying they were on their way. Unfortunately, my furnace could not be repaired. In September I was told by a friend who works for another company, that I had a crack that was going to end my furnace and that I should get a new one before it got too cold. He was right and that was confirmed by Christian, the tech sent out from True Comfort. He made a phone call and said they had one that fit my needs and could install it the next day. They provided me with space heaters to get me by till the next day. At 8:00 the next morning, the workers arrived and by 1:00 I had my new furnace up and running. They protected my carpet as part of their ‘red carpet’ service and left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. Total cost was $3800. After telling other friends who recently had to replace their furnaces, I was told that that was a GREAT price and less expensive than any of theirs. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who wants great service, great price and people who treat you like family and not just a customer."
