"Dispatch Lady was very nice and helpful. Great custom service in that area. Mike was the tow truck driver, called before he showed up which was nice, so we could have our toddler ready to go. Was very nice,fast and handled our vehicle with care (SUV had no brakes. Price was affordable and cheaper than some of the other companies that quoted us prices. Would recommend and use their services again :)"

"**Update** since we want to talk about correct charge 9:13-to 11:30 is not 2.5 hours and according to google it’s 20 minutes to your location . “But I am not going to argue with you” I would just recommend everybody call central iowa towing at least they are up front with charges. I also did not appreciate the owner saying “you’re lucky we did it for $165 dollars normally it’s $200. I don’t want to do campers at all.” Had a camper towed which I know sucks. They told me 165 dollars an hour. Which is fair. My issue is the driver called me at 9:32 to tell me he was on his way. 15 minutes after he was at the wrong address(not my fault) so I gave him the right address. He dropped the rv off at the right location at 10:50 and left at 11. Taking 30 minutes to get back would have been 2 hours total. They charged me for 2 1/2 hours $460. When I called to talk about it, the purse been on the phone said she wasn’t gonna argue with me and got the owner. The owner told me it is what it is. It’s from when they leave to when they get back. I find it funny that their on hold message says “we don’t take advantage of anyone.” The driver was super nice. Just disappointed in the way the people on the phone handled it."

"The driver was wonderful took me to three different locations to try and find a tire to replace the one that blew on a rental car. Then he set with me to make I was going to be taken care of. They didnt charge me an over rated price. It is so nice to know there are still good people out there that dont take advantage of a bad situation."

"Car got towed after my accident. Glad it is totaled... the raccoons got in my car and made potty all over the car and helped themselves to my babies snacks... Can't tell if it was the raccoons or someone else, however 200$ cash is missing from under my driver's side floor mat. The sick thing is they clip into the car... you have to actually pop them up to search.... Way better than Crow Tow though... At least they left me some change. Insult to injury I guess."
